My name is Ekaterina Zohinava, and I consider myself a truly happy person. Happiness is an amazing concept-multifaceted and unique to each individual. I believe that if a person has a goal and relentlessly strives toward it, then that is where true happiness lies.
The Path to Happiness Through Goals
Setting new goals is like charting a map to treasure. Whether it’s building a strong family, pursuing an education, self-development, achieving in sports, or making scientific discoveries—each new challenge becomes a stepping stone on the path to personal fulfillment. It’s important to be well-rounded and to engage in sports, as it fosters discipline and self-confidence.
From the age of three, I practiced rhythmic gymnastics. For me, sports were not just an activity—they were a passion that filled every day of my life. The hours spent in the gym taught me not only physical skills but also life lessons. Today, I am a rhythmic gymnastics coach and a fitness trainer. Working with children is like watching a garden bloom: you see how small seedlings grow into strong and confident individuals.
Every choice we make, whether in education or career, shapes our path to happiness. Learning and developing professional skills open new horizons, allowing us to realize our potential. The pursuit of self-improvement inspires not only ourselves but also those around us, creating an atmosphere of support and motivation. It’s important to understand that the process of achieving goals is often more valuable than the results themselves.
A Love for Children: Work That Inspires
Seeing my students succeed brings me true happiness. Every time a child masters a new skill or overcomes their fears, I feel immense joy and pride. Working with children, I pass on not only athletic skills but also important life principles: perseverance, determination, and a positive mindset. This inspires me and gives meaning to every day.
Every day spent with children fills my life with vibrant moments and inspiration. I admire their determination and their drive for perfection. There is an invisible force in sports that helps each of them become the best version of themselves.
Working with little ones is not just about training; it’s about creating a warm atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable and free to express themselves. Together, we learn to overcome difficulties, develop discipline and creativity. Every success, even the smallest, brings immense joy to me and my students.
I am sincerely grateful to all the coaches and students I’ve encountered along this journey. Each meeting has left an imprint on my heart.
Family Values: A Source of Strength and Inspiration
My family is my stronghold and source of strength. I am grateful to my loved ones, who support and love me! I am a mother, a wife, and, as my father says, a wonderful daughter!
Family traditions and the support of loved ones create an environment where one can feel secure and confident. The realization of the value of family fills life with meaning and joy, forming an important foundation for personal growth. Family bonds help maintain stability and confidence in the future, which is a crucial element of happiness.
In the circle of my family, I feel harmony and assurance, which gives me the strength to reach new heights. Firstly, family is a source of love and support that inspires us to achieve. This indescribable bond fills life with meaning. Secondly, family values instill in us essential qualities such as trust, respect, honesty, and responsibility. They teach us to care for one another and understand that every family member has the right to their dreams and feelings.
Positive Thinking: The Key to Inner Balance
One of my life principles is to think positively. Our minds can focus on only one thought at a time, so we must choose positive thoughts and take responsibility for our mood. Positive thinking helps me push away negativity and maintain inner balance, which is especially important in today’s world of stress and challenges.
Goals and Aspirations:
A Scientific Perspective on Happiness By Ekaterina Zohinava
Scientific research confirms that having goals and aspirations is directly linked to the feeling of happiness. Positive psychology suggests that people who have clear and meaningful goals feel more satisfied with life. Achieving these goals enhances one’s sense of competence and control over their destiny, which are crucial components of happiness.
Sports and Confidence: Key Elements of a Successful Life
Sports play a vital role in building confidence and discipline. By developing physical activity from an early age, as I did, we learn to overcome challenges and achieve our goals. Sports teach us resilience and help us understand our own capabilities.

Each of us is unique, and everyone’s path to happiness is different. However, common principles—goal-setting, family support, positive thinking, and physical activity—can significantly improve our sense of happiness and life satisfaction. It is important to remember that happiness is not a final destination, but a process filled with small joys and accomplishments at every step.
I wish everyone to find their own path to happiness and enjoy every moment of life!
Remember that happiness is not a point on the map, but a journey where every step matters. Let your goals be ambitious, your thoughts positive, and your family’s support the unwavering foundation of your success and joy.
Life Hack:
One of My Secrets By Ekaterina Zohinava
One of my favorite life hacks that helps me stay productive and maintain motivation is the «Pomodoro Technique.» The essence of this method is simple: you work for 25 minutes and then take a 5-minute break. After four such cycles (pomodoros), you take a longer break—about 15 to 30 minutes. Here’s how it works:
1. Choose a task. Decide on what you’re going to work on.
2. Set a timer for 25 minutes. Work on the task until the timer goes off.
3. Take a short break. Rest for 5 minutes and step away from your work.
4. Repeat. After four cycles, take a longer break.
This method helps maintain focus and prevents burnout by breaking work into manageable intervals while ensuring regular rest periods. Using the Pomodoro Technique greatly boosts productivity and allows for effective time management.

Life Hacks
Another secret that helps me stay organized and productive is making to-do lists. Each evening, I plan out the next day, dividing tasks into primary and secondary priorities. This allows me to focus on the most important tasks and avoid wasting time on less significant matters.
I also use the «two-minute rule»: if a task takes less than two minutes to complete, I do it right away. This helps prevent small tasks from piling up and keeps my workspace tidy.
Another helpful life hack is using the «Eat the Frog First» technique. This method involves starting the day by tackling the most difficult or unpleasant task first. It helps to avoid procrastination and sets a tone of accomplishment for the day. Once the hardest task is done, everything else feels easier and gets done faster.
