I started my first business at the age of 25, without anyone’s support. It was a leap of faith, but I believed in myself, and I made it happen.
At 29, I’m juggling more hats than I ever thought possible—mom, entrepreneur, and, sometimes, dreamer. Growing up in Malta since the age of 10, after moving here from Turkey, shaped how I see the world. It’s like having two sets of roots, one in the beauty of Turkish culture and another in Malta’s Mediterranean charm. Maybe that’s why I’ve always loved languages—learning Turkish, Kurdish, Maltese, English, French, Italian, and Serbian has been less about skill and more about finding connection.
I started my first business at the age of 25, without anyone’s support. It was a leap of faith, but I believed in myself, and I made it happen. Leadership and success, I’ve realized, are talents given by God—not everyone can naturally lead. While some say “practice makes perfect,” I believe practice alone doesn’t create leaders. Some of us are born to lead, overcoming difficulties and thriving, while others may try endlessly without the same results. The time you can truly call yourself a boss is when you can pause, step back, and still see everything running smoothly—exactly how you want it.
Now, I run two businesses, and they couldn’t be more different. Pro Lets, my Real Estate Agency, is where I began building my professional life. It’s a business I’ve grown steadily, one deal at a time. My second venture is a fleet business, offering taxi services under Pro Businesses Ltd. This started as a way to support part-time workers in real estate who needed extra income, but it has since evolved into something much bigger. Managing these businesses keeps me on my toes, constantly planning and problem-solving.
Dream big and make it happen. Don’t say “later,” because later often becomes never.
I want to inspire and motivate all the incredible women out there who trust in themselves and feel that spark of potential. If you have that feeling, don’t wait—just do it! Dream big and make it happen. Don’t say “later,” because later often becomes never. Believe in your ability to overcome obstacles, embrace your strengths, and create a life that truly fulfills you.
Beyond work, I’m still a dreamer. Growing up on Turkish dramas, I’ve always imagined stepping into that artistic world. Whether it’s acting, dancing, modeling, or another creative outlet, there’s something magical about expressing yourself. It’s about connecting with others on a deeper level and bringing stories to life in ways that inspire. For now, I’m focused on building a life that reflects my passion, strength, and determination—one step at a time, knowing that every dream starts with a small, brave move forward.
I’m on a mission to balance the demanding yet fulfilling worlds of business and family.
As a young entrepreneur and proud mother of a baby daughter, I’m on a mission to balance the worlds of business and family. Joining the Feminine Boss: Women of Malta edition feels like a step in the right direction. It’s a platform that celebrates women determined to create their own path while embracing the challenges of modern motherhood.
Every day brings lessons in creativity and resilience as I strive to meet my family’s needs and professional goals. Though sacrifices are part of the journey, the rewards—whether a milestone reached or a laugh with my daughter—make it all worthwhile. I focus on values that matter, teaching my daughter courage and determination while proving women can wear many hats.
For me, being a Feminine Boss means embracing the strength in vulnerability and joy in balancing roles. It’s about creating a life that aligns with dreams and showing others that success, no matter the path, is within reach.
