The Fire Within

To Be a Woman, a Leader, and Real

Inner Power & Personal Philosophy

You once said leadership is a gift. How do you recognize true leadership in a woman?
— True leadership is more than ambition. It’s the courage to take risks and accept the outcome — good or bad. A true leader is a fighter. She falls, but rises stronger. She never gives up, because inside her lives a problem-solver, a force. That’s something you can’t fake.

What was the moment you truly realized: “This is my life — and I own it”?
— I was 15. Living alone, paying bills, studying while working. When my classmates talked about weekends with their families, I thought only about finishing school so I could work and do assignments. At 18, I worked night shifts at a factory, studied during the day, and sometimes slept just 10 hours in a week. That wasn’t bravery — it was survival. I made it because I had God. He is both my Father and my Mother. He gifted me with leadership — otherwise I wouldn’t have made it here.

Is there a value or principle you never compromise on?
— When I started my business at 25, I made myself one promise: I am not above my employees. We are all human. I treat them as friends, with zero favoritism. I’ve seen how unfair preference damages people and teams. Anyone who plays favorites isn’t professional — or kind. I refuse to be that person.

Motherhood & Balance

How do you see modern motherhood in an age of ambition and speed?
— Motherhood is the greatest thing that ever happened to me. I adore children. When I’m out, I wave at every baby I see. My daughter changed my entire life. She is my priority, my joy, my reason to live long. I want to protect her, teach her everything she needs, and give her a great life. She is my why.

What values do you most want to instill in your daughter — and why?
— I want her to be brave, to solve problems, to have a kind heart and treat people with respect. But if someone disrespects her — I want her to speak up and fight for herself. That builds strong character — and people are drawn to that.

Do you ever experience burnout? How do you come back to yourself?
— Yes, especially when people try to bring me down. Sometimes I feel like leaving everything. But then I remember that little girl who survived it all — and I tell myself: “Stand up. Show them who you are. You can’t let her down.”

Creative Dreams & Feminine Expression

You’ve mentioned a love for the arts. Is there a dream you haven’t pursued yet?
— All my life I dreamed of being in a pageant, winning it, modeling, and taking lead roles in Turkish series. I thought those dreams were over — especially after I had my baby. But she brought me luck. I became the cover model for Feminine Boss and appeared on a billboard in Times Square. I even won Mrs. Turkey Globe 2025. I still hope to win the global title — but more than that, I want to make friends from around the world. If God wants me to win, I will. If not, I’ll walk away richer in heart.

Why do you think women often put their creative dreams on hold?
— For many of us, it’s not a choice. We work, study, build businesses, raise children — and dreams are pushed aside. But sometimes life brings them back to you when you least expect it.

If you could step into any movie scene — who would you be?
— I’d play a character with a kind heart, someone who helps others — a mirror of who I am in real life. I’ve touched many lives. I would love my story to become a film.

Business Mindset & Growth

You run multiple businesses. How do you shift between them?
— Women are naturally talented multitaskers. We can juggle ten ideas at once. I keep launching, keep learning, and keep only what works best. I also love risk — it drives me forward.

Have you ever believed in an idea no one else supported — and made it happen?
— Yes. When I told a friend I was opening a real estate company, he laughed and said, “If it were that easy, everyone would do it.” I looked at him and said, “But I’m not everyone.” And I did it.

What habits shaped you into the woman who builds from scratch?
— Having no other option. When there’s no one else but you, you either rise — or give up. I chose to rise.

Connection, Community & Sisterhood

What feminine quality are you working to cultivate this year?
— I’m learning to express myself better. There were moments where I was right — but misunderstood. I want to change that. I want to be heard clearly and truthfully.

What message would you send to a young woman just starting out — not from your mind, but from your heart?
— Don’t forget how young you are, and how much beauty lies ahead. Study — even if you won’t work in that field, it teaches you life. Don’t be afraid to take risks. Without risk, you won’t grow.
Have faith in God. Help others as you succeed. Never play favorites. Be kind — but don’t fake it. And if someone treats you badly, speak up. Don’t let it eat you inside.
Work hard now — and don’t leave your dreams for “later.” If you’re not lucky enough to reach them later, you’ll regret it forever. The time you’d use for rest, travel, fun — use it for your dreams first. The rest will come.

One thing I know for sure is that life is full of surprises — some joyful, some challenging, but all meaningful in their own way. In those moments when things don’t go as planned, it’s easy to feel lost or disappointed. But I’ve learned that the key is to trust — trust in the journey, and most importantly, trust in God.
God knows what is best for each of us, even when we don’t understand it at the moment. Sometimes, when a door closes or a dream seems to fade, it’s because something better is on its way — something we haven’t even imagined yet. That faith, that belief in a higher plan, gives us the strength to keep moving forward without losing hope.
When you stay grounded in faith, life’s surprises become opportunities — opportunities for growth, for new beginnings, and for deeper happiness. So, no matter what happens, never lose faith. Trust that the best is yet to come.
