One of the most challenging parts of any business, new or established, is creating the money flow. Just ask any entrepreneur who survived the pandemic, who is launching a start-up, or who is hoping and praying to make their day dream a life reality. Money, and the need to find it is on the forefront of every entrepreneur’s mind. So, with dollars as our focus we search for our payday by spending countless hours studying formulas and funnels to create our profit line. What if however, that is not the right formula? Meaning, what if we stopped mulling over and worrying about the profit in our bank account, and put our focus on “our people” instead?
This is the one example of operating in a Feminine Energy business module. A Feminine Boss, also known as a soul-prenuer, is a woman who operates under the dynamics of Feminine Energy, and as such is able to attract (instead of pursue) the right people, circumstances and situations he or she needs to create their life and business by design.
A Feminine Boss operates with specific beliefs, tools, attitudes and actions that allows them to attract (rather than pursue) the right people, circumstances and situations, so they can live their life by design.
One of the principles we teach at the Feminine Boss Academy is the art of manifesting people instead of money, for success. This is vitally important to our bottom line because when we focus on manifesting people rather than money, we ultimately attract individuals who not only become our paying clients (ie, our cash flow), but more so, we also attract new opportunities for growth, new ideas for promotion and expansion, and support teams that motivate us to our full potential, which all lead us to greater success.
So what type of people do we need to attract into our business? We have identified seven types.
Mentors: Those who have gone before us, or know more than us and who can serve as a guiding light.
Collaborators / Team Members: Those who share in our vision and bring new ideas to the table. By attracting people who resonate with us, we have a higher chance of succeeding because they amplify our strengths and fill in for our weaknesses.
Financial Supporters: Those who believe in our company and want to invest and take us to the next level..
Encouragers: Those who become our support system, providing emotional and mental encouragement and advice when we need it the most. This group of people can be the difference between us giving up on our dream when we hit a roadblock or persevering and pushing through the obstacles.
Clients: Those who buy our products and services and deposit cold hard cash in our business.
Sneezers: Those who will talk about your product to other people and create a buzz that you cannot buy.
Unwinders: Those who help us not think, but instead help us stop and smell the roses.
By learning to change your shift from focusing on attracting people instead of money, we can and will deposit dollars in our bank account, which for both masculine and feminine business modules is evidence of success.
