I am the one who made me the person I am today

I will never forget to challenge myself at any time in my life, because success in business and in life can be made possible with the slightest chance.
The way you live now will affect the way you live in your 70s and 80s.
Always be cheerful and positive in your daily life.
I believe that having your own purpose in life and taking care of your physical and mental health will reduce your anxiety in the future and help you achieve your ideal way of life.

Growing old and getting sick must be unknown and scary for you.
I got sick at the age of 60, had surgery, hospitalized I am still fighting the disease. Until then I had a full life with my business and interests, but the unimaginable situation depressed me and I even started to think that I hate myself, that I have no confidence in myself, and that I am a boring person.
Fortunately, I had been selected to represent Japan in the Mrs. Classique Globe not long before, and I wanted to get into that event, so I worked hard to fight the disease, and in fact, I was able to make it to the 2023 event. And my backwardness was completely wiped out and I am now living a life where I am always ready to take on new challenges.

When I turned 60, I could no longer walk and had hip replacement surgery. Then, at age 61, I was diagnosed with collagen disease and was hospitalized for 2 months. It was then that I finally realized that health is very important.
Until then, I had thought that my life was going really well, but when I became ill, I realized how happy I had been.

It is easy to take health for granted when you are living a normal life, but if you are not healthy, you will not be able to live a positive life.

During my stay in the hospital, I realized that health is not just about not being sick, but about being healthy both physically and mentally.
I was told that my illness was mainly caused by stress and that I needed to change my lifestyle itself. I also realized that I was usually unaware of my happiness and that happiness can fall apart in a flash.

For a long time I had been working very hard on my own business, but these days I was very tired.
I realized that success in business is not a matter of looking up, and that I was pushing myself to do more and more and still more.

Recently, I have been able to change my way of life a little bit by taking business out of my hands a little and having time to find my true self.

When you sincerely wish for what you want to do in whatever you do, you will act that way and your dreams will come true again.
Instead of business success, I now wish for human happiness.
I cannot define happiness, but I would like to do something for someone and be sincerely pleased, I want to do something for someone to make them truly happy and to be of service to the world.
That is how you can keep your mind and body healthy.
